Concept art of Max and Momo

In the future, the earth’s ecological environment continues to deteriorate, intensifying the class solidification of human beings. The upper-class people control most of the resources, and the lower-class people can only work hard for barely surviving food and shelter. The main character Max is a 13-year-old boy proficient in mechanical repair and works for the gangs in the slums with an old robot, Momo, left behind by his parents. Having lost his parents at a young age, Max has witnessed the suffering of the underclass and has always tried to help people around him. He dreams of one day escaping the control of the gangsters and going to see the ocean with Momo. Max remembers once his parents said that the other side of the sea was paradise.
